Our home was built in Patricia Lake Estates. From the very beginning, Mark kept us up-to-date with E-mails and many pictures. This was greatly appreciated since we lived 5 hours south of Minocqua, in Rockford, IL.

We were delighted Mark and Dennis were able to make changes to our house plans to accommodate our needs. [My husband] Bert is on a walker and the 3-foot doorways, raised garage floor (so Bert could walk into our laundry room without a step), and a handicap Master Bath was some of the changes we appreciated.

Tim’s landscaping skills were spectacular. Sidewalks, the retaining walls, flower beds, to mention a few.

We highly recommend Rynders and Patricia Lake Estates for your dream retirement home. We built this home for our “final retreat” and for our five married children and “10-1/2” grandchildren to enjoy for years to come.

As we hear of the trials and tribulations of friends in their building and remodeling experiences we become increasing grateful to you and your staff for the quality work and on time performance that we experienced.

As you may recall, our job was both an addition and new construction. Your staff showed patience and expertise as we struggled with the problems and unexpected expenses involved in the connection of the “old and new”. In spite of the necessity to completely rebuild the roof in the old structure and the several additions we made to the original plan we moved into our new home on the date promised.

Your staff and subcontractors worked with us in a courteous and friendly manner, always being attentive to our wishes and offering very relevant advice on construction details. Of particular note is the quality of workmanship in the finish carpentry. The blending of the ceilings and the obvious care taken to make them fit exactly and seamlessly demonstrate the skill and training of your staff. Many of our visitors are in the trades and their appreciation of the workmanship throughout the house is high praise indeed.

Thanks for making our first experience with building a new home such a pleasant one. From starting out with a vague idea of what we wanted we ended up with the perfect house for us.

You and your staff were so very patient and extremely helpful with suggestions and recommendations and always responded to our many calls. Somehow, we always felt that ours was the only house you were building.

In spite of multiple attempts by outsiders to delay the project you brought the project in on time. We left in November before you began and returned in May to a completed project, ready to move in.

Our first impression of the business was well-organized and eager to help in making our decision. The company was never pushy or controlling when we were deciding on our new home.

The house was built in a very timely manner, always were there helping to answer any questions that we had. The home we feel is very quality-built. We have had issues with some of the flooring and they were prompt in getting the problems fixed.

We are very happy and would recommend anyone wanting to build a new home to at least give Rynders a chance to show you what they have to offer.

I think the quality of the modular home is unbelievable. After 25 years of working in real estate I would never believe it is a modular home. It was easy to make changes in the plans before construction.

Our experience building our retirement home with Rynders was just great. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We used a blueprint that we had ordered from a magazine. Dennis helped us customize it to take advantage of our lake views and add a screened porch.

The landscaping crew was terrific. They rolled in early in the morning with all the supplies and equipment they needed. They worked till dark and finished the job in one day. Best of all—the grass came up beautifully!

Our home was completed on time and on budget. Our building experience couldn’t have been better!

When Rynders says “turnkey” they really mean it. Our house was spotlessly clean when we moved in—even the windows were clean and the cabinets were ready for our dishes.

If we were asked to describe our impression of Rynders Development Company regarding our recent home purchase, it would be simply this:

From the top on down, we came to know all of the staff on a first name basis. Naturally one feels more comfortable dealing with a Bob, Mark, Jan, Dennis, Tim and the rest, when making an investment of this nature. Yet, the atmosphere of friendliness did not alter the professional manner that each in turn applied to their section of involvement.

Not to say everything went perfectly smooth all the way (it never does). However, knowing we could speak our minds directly to the person whose shoulder this area of concern rested, as one friend to another, means a lot.

Sure, sometimes the action taken moved along slower than we would have liked, but all of our concerns were addressed, and to our satisfaction.

So, would we recommend Rynders to others, including close friends? Of course, we already have, and have no qualms about our endorsements. Just keep doing what you are doing, it works for us.
